I was pointed toward Billson's article via The Sydney Herald website and came to believe this was the original source. Hence my source reference and comments on the cultural context. While the situation regarding Christianity is culturally different in the UK than Australia, nevertheless they both represent post-Christendom contexts which should be accounted for in film interpretation.
