Both of these movies took CHANCES -- they did not take the "feel good" happy approach. And I think as a result they are both excellent movies, especially T3. T3 also has some of the best action/stunt/cgi effects ever done, the first chase scene with Arnold being dragged through a building with a crane (!) is nothing short of incredible.
