		<description>It&#039;s been so long since I saw WHEN TIME RAN OUT that I don&#039;t feel comfortable defending the film, but I do recall thinking that the first half was decent. Yes, it&#039;s the usual soap opera selection of characters being introduced with their different storylines, which will all converge thanks to the disaster, but I found it relatively painless - until the volcano erupted.</description>
