This was my favourite horror movie of the decade, and not just because I'm a fan of Cusack. I like how you compared it to The Tenant(it's my favourite Polanski film), I hadn't thought of that before. I thought the ending was good though, he finally believes in ghosts whereas before he was writing those books about ghosts without any conviction. Plus, it seems in the end that he will return to his wife and lead a better life. It's a very interesting story with some good scary scenes. This is how horror movies should be.
I'm really looking forward to seeing a movie of Stephen King's book Cell, which I had heard there was going to be a movie of, but I haven't heard any more about it. I wonder if they're still making it.
